Chairman of the Sewon Group, Moonki Kim Received the Golden Tower Order of Industrial Service Merit for the 45th Trade Day!

The "45th Trade Day Ceremony" hosted by the Ministry of Knowledge Economy and Trade Association was held at COEX, Samsung-dong, on the 2nd Tuesday.

At the ceremony, the government gave a prize of government award to the people those who had been trying to increase their exports even in difficult economic conditions. The Ministry of Knowledge Economy gave commendation to 756 beneficiaries who contributed to the increase of exports. 1403 enterprises have been awarded the 'Tower of exports'.

In this ceremony, the Gold Tower Order of Industrial Service Merit was awarded to Chairman of the Sewon Group.

Sewon Group is a enterprise that exports automobile parts with affiliates such as Sewon Precision, Sewon Tech, Sewon E & I, Samha Sewon (China corporation) and Sewon America (US corporation). They are also expanding our local production system overseas by directly entering the US.

In addition, the Sewon Group has been designated as the first-class company in the evaluation of the factory ratings of Hyundai Motor by continuous production technology development.

Chairman Moonki Kim has also been awarded the Bronze Tower Industrial Medal for the Workers' Day in 1995 with a variety of social activities, including the Presidential Award for Total Productivity, the Minister of Labor and Labor Minister Award for Small and Medium Enterprises, Gyeongbuk Small and Medium Business Award, and Ryejang Academy Management Award.

The management philosophy that Chairman Kim pursued until today's Sewon Group development is 'a person is a property'. "When other companies collapsed during the IMF, we overcame the crisis with this philosophy" Kim said. Chairman Kim thinks the employer is like a family, and the employee can overcome any difficulties and crises if they works with his or her own work.

Chairman Kim emphasized that "to develop into a global corporation, we will not spare the investment needed to nurture human resources and secure world-class technologies, which are core competencies of management."
