Sewon Track (Internship Program)

We operate a regular lecture courses in design engineering, cost management and quality control management for one semester in cooperation with several universities in Daegu and Kyungbuk area. (Yeungnam University, Daegu Catholic University)We offer special recruitment of full-time staff to students who have successfully completed practical courses and on-the-job training.
Training for New employees

New employees receive intensive training for each business process, corporate culture, and production process for one to three months at the time of entry. During the training period, they can develop a sense of belonging and work skills.
In order for new employees to adapt to the department, we actively train and assist them in understanding and knowledge of the company.
One to One Mentoring System

We run 'mentor-mentee' programs for employees who have difficulties in their jobs, and share business know-how to overcome difficulties. The program is not just about sharing technology and knowledge, it helps to build human relationships and leads to a collaborative work environment.
Overseas Job Training
