Sewon Group operates a reporting system to support practical ethical management, allowing reports on unethical conduct, unauthorized disclosure or leakage of confidential information, and improper actions by employees.
- Reports should be written in detail following the "5W1H" principle (who, what, when, where, why, and how).
- Reports must be submitted under the real name of the reporter, and we guarantee strict confidentiality and protection of the reporter’s identity in accordance with strict security procedures.
- Reports found to be groundless, false, or clearly intended to slander others may be rejected and discarded.

Sewon Group operates a whistleblower protection program to ensure that anyone can participate with confidence.

We prohibit the disclosure or implication of a whistleblower’s identity or report details without the whistleblower’s consent. All individuals involved in the reporting process are required to sign a confidentiality agreement to ensure fair, independent handling of reports and strict confidentiality regarding any information obtained during the entire reporting process.
